What we collect and why
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Company, country and material of interest are optional. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, discuss specifications and manage an order or business relationship.
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Name, email and message are required; without them the form cannot be submitted. The checkbox confirms that you have read this notice—it is not consent to marketing.
The hosting service may record basic technical data, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information, for operation and security. Our anti-spam protection stores only a salted value derived from the IP address, which expires after one hour.

Who receives the data and for how long
Access is limited to authorised Tsalas Marbles personnel. Trusted technical providers support the hosting of the website and the delivery of email, processing data only on our instructions and subject to confidentiality obligations. Where processing outside the EEA is necessary, the safeguards required by the GDPR apply. We do not sell data or share enquiry details for advertising.
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last communication. If an order or contract follows, relevant records are retained for the periods required by tax, accounting and commercial law.
